What happens if I exceed my subscriber limit?
We won't cut off your subscribers. Each additional subscriber beyond your tier limit is billed at $2/subscriber/month, so your community keeps growing without interruption.
How does the transaction fee work?
The platform fee is a percentage of gross merchandise value (GMV) on all subscription and one-off sales processed through Harvest Creamery. It covers payment processing, delivery coordination, and platform infrastructure.
What's included in AR Source Stories?
Every tier includes AR-enabled QR codes on packaging. Sprout brands get access to pre-built templates. Harvest brands can customize with partner profiles and farm footage. Estate brands receive full custom AR content creation.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month. We believe our platform earns your business every single month — no lock-in contracts required.
What are AR scan overages?
After your monthly scan allowance, additional AR Source Story scans are billed at $0.05 per scan. Most brands stay well within their limits, and we'll notify you when you're approaching your cap.
